Overview

This page explains what personal data Klayton Fadul's portfolio website collects, why, and what rights you have over it. This site collects the minimum data needed to answer messages and understand how it's used — nothing is sold, and there is no advertising or marketing tracking.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, project type, and message — sent by email and stored so your message isn't lost even if the email fails to arrive.

• Usage data: an anonymous session ID generated in your browser (not linked to your identity), which pages and sections you view, which buttons you click, and the referring page — used only to understand how the site is used.

• Preferences: your language choice is saved in your browser's local storage, so you don't have to reselect it on your next visit.

How we use it

To reply to messages sent through the contact form, and to understand and improve how the site is used. We do not use your data for advertising, do not send newsletters, and do not sell or rent it to third parties.

Who we share it with

• Resend — delivers the contact form email.

• Supabase — hosts the database that stores messages and anonymous usage events.

• Vercel — hosts the website itself.

• Notion — manages the site's public content (projects, bio); it does not receive any visitor data.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and security practices.

Legal basis

Processing your contact-form data relies on your voluntary submission and our legitimate interest in responding to it (LGPD Art. 7, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) where applicable). Anonymous usage analytics relies on legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site.

Retention

Messages and usage data are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries and analyze site usage. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Your rights

Under Brazil's LGPD (and GDPR where applicable), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, ask for a copy in a portable format, or object to its use. To exercise any of these, contact us at the email below.

Security

Data travels over HTTPS. Stored messages and usage data are only accessible through a password-protected admin dashboard.

Cookies & local storage

This site does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a small amount of functional data in your browser's local storage (your language preference and, briefly, the contact form's state) — this never leaves your browser except as part of the anonymous usage events described above.

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the site or applicable law. Check back occasionally for the latest version.
